Work Experience
Owner/Chief Technical Officer – August 2013 to Current
Company – weloveIT Services and Support (Pty) Ltd
Location – Johannesburg, South Africa
website – www.weloveIT.co.za
I started weloveIT in 2013. weloveIT was a lateral move away from wedoIT as my partner an i took the decision to part ways. By focusing on home businesses users and offering a very high level of service, i occupied a niche at the time which helped weloveIT grow into the business it is today.
The business has grown leaps and bounds venturing on from home office users to small and mid-sized business support boasting a wide range of services and product offerings.
My passion and expertise has always been customer service and i have based my business model on this. Giving the best possible service will build a strong trustworthy customer relationship. Through outstanding client relations, good communication and fast and efficient service the company ensures satisfied customers and future business. I instill these values in all my staff to ensure the ethos that is weloveIT is present throughout the customers service and support journey.

Managing Director – December 2015 to April 2016
Company – Fix My Life (Pty) Ltd
Location – Johannesburg, South Africa
Website – www.fixmylife.co.za
In 2014 i played a vital advisory role to a table of shareholders. Their vision was to develop a general services company to meet a niche market demand for trustworthy and reliable contractors in the Johannesburg area.
Brought in at first purely as a technology advisory role, i was later (almost a year later) asked to captain the helm of the business in its infantile state. Knowing the business vision it was an easy transition into Managing Director. During my short time at the wheel i managed to steer the company from a break even one man call center to a real player in the market. I focused my approach to realigning the business into a qualitative customer service driven company. Using a spectrum of off the shelf and bespoke software, Fix My Life is equipped to scale to multinational as a completely automated field service management engine.
Today FixMyLife is a one stop shop for all your Pluming, Electrical, Carpentry, Security, IT and More services. It has hundreds of vetted contractors and thousands of happy customers all over Gauteng.
